At TealePen and Pixel FZ-LLC, your privacy matters. This Privacy Statement explains how I handle personal data in the course of delivering workflow automation services to financial advisers.

1. Who I Am

We are a UAE-based independent company providing custom automation and digital marketing solutions for financial services firms.

2. What Data I Collect

By default, I do not collect, store, or process any personal data from you, your leads or your clients.

I may collect minimal business contact details (name, email, company name) only when you:

• Book a call

• Send an enquiry

• Purchase a service

3. Client & Lead Data

I do not access or store your clients’ or leads’ personal data unless...

you explicitly request that I do so (e.g. for testing or hosting a workflow), and a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is in place.

When data is accessed:

It is only used to deliver the agreed service. It is never reused, sold or disclosed. It is deleted promptly after the project is completed.

4. Third-Party Tools

My website may use basic analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand visitor behaviour.

No personally identifiable information is collected for marketing or shared with advertisers.

If you use embedded forms or booking links (e.g. Calendly), their respective privacy policies will apply.

5. Your Rights

If you have shared data with me, you have the right to:
