You have an idea — maybe a specific integration, maybe a broader question about where AI fits your firm. Before you invest thousands in a build or weeks in a strategy exercise, you need to know whether the idea has legs, what it would roughly cost and what the first step would be.
The AI Feasibility Assessment answers those questions. It includes a 30-minute briefing call where you describe what you're trying to achieve, followed by independent research on my side — reviewing the relevant APIs, checking what already exists in your platform's ecosystem, and assessing technical feasibility. Within a few working days, you receive a one-page viability report covering what was discussed, whether the idea is viable, the broad shape of any build, estimated investment, and a clear recommendation on what to do next.
The assessment is designed so you get genuine value even if you go no further. The report gives you a clear picture of what's possible — which is more than most firms have right now.
Have a rough idea of what you're trying to achieve — even if it's just "I don't know where to start with AI." Know which tools you're currently using alongside your CRM. Think about which workflows take the most time or cause the most frustration. If you're already using any AI tools, note which ones and what you're paying for them.
None of this is mandatory. The assessment works even if you turn up with nothing but a vague sense that you should be doing something with AI. I'll draw the rest out in conversation.
Every engagement starts here. Book an AI Feasibility Assessment and get a clear, written view of where AI fits your firm — before committing to anything further.
