All intellectual property rights in content, services, workflow designs and tools provided on this Site are owned by TealePen and Pixel Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Workflows and automations sold or licensed to clients remain the property of TealePen & Pixel Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While I aim to provide high-quality tools and guidance, I do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, marketing performance or compliance results from the use of any service or workflow.

4. Third-Party Services

This Site may include links to or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., n8n, Google, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, performance or privacy practices of those platforms. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

5. Data Handling

We collect and use personal data only where we need it to run this Site, deliver our services or manage our business. This includes:

• Contact and billing details you give us when you enquire, book a call or become a client, such as your name, email address and business details. We use these to communicate with you, deliver services and issue invoices. These records are held in our business systems, including our CRM, invoicing and accounting tools (for example, Airtable and QuickBooks).
• Website usage data collected through analytics tools (Google Analytics), which help us understand how users use the Site.
• Client data within engagements. Where a service requires access to your systems or your customers’ data, we access only what the agreed work needs, and only on the terms agreed in writing with you.

We do not sell personal data. Where our integrations connect to third-party platforms, such as accounting software, they do so only with the account holder’s authorisation, and that access can be withdrawn at any time.
